Green Tea is celebrated as the original tea in China with ite heritage dating back to 5000 years. Traditional processing involes hand picking selected leaves, steaming them, hand rolling, then roasting until they reach an acceptably low moisture content.
This full bodied green tea blends well with the purplish-black berries from the famous elderberry desserts. Then a touch of lemongrass is added to give you the memorable mystique of satisfying, berry rich relaxing drink. Plus this tea is even better on ice.
It all starts with the herbs.
